pre-breakfast: woke up to sight of what i think were two pheasants grazing on the lawn across the street [from grandparents' house in Fairfield]
breakfast: two turkey sausages, 7-grain toast with whipped butter and grandma's homemade marmalade, one of these, bite of kippered salmon, peppermint tea, water
lunch: large Quiznos sub--whole wheat bread, smoked turkey, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, pickles, honey mustard. toasted, of course, and tasting rather like two pieces of cardboard with something gooey in between (i only ate half). also: Miss Vickie's Smokehouse BBQ potato chips, Diet Pepsi
snack(s): cubed cantaloupe, red grapes, roasted peanuts, lemonade
dinner: dreamed of: pheasant. ate: homemade tomato sauce (w. capers, fennel, vinegar) over spaghetti, butter lettuce w. grape tomatoes/carrots/celery/cucumber, milk
