Breakfast: 2 slices of challah french toast and a cup of coffee (or espresso, depending upon how you look at it).
Lunch: assorted greens from the garden with a french-style white wine vinaigrette, saint augur bleu (look up bleu cheese on wikipedia - the number of different types is amazing), shaved carrots, and sliced white mushroms. crusty sourdough toast with almond butter. mango slices (with skin).
Pre-Dinner Snack: assorted (kluytenaar) house-marinated olives. 1 slice of modern tomato/spinach pizza.
Dinner: crostata with assorted spreads. roasted new zealand rack of lamb in a soy-garlic-mustard marinade. herby oven-roasted potatoes. steamed green beans.
Dessert: lemon tart a-la Sue
