Post-Workout Snack: Banana Creme Muscle Milk Collegiate
Lunch: 3-white 1-yolk omelet with sauteed red pepper, onion, asparagus, and stilton. two pieces dry multigrain toast. baby haas avocado. glass of skim milk.
Snack: big piece of extra-dark ghiradelli (or, as tara would say: gardella) chocolate.
Dinner (ahh free dining hall food): rotisserie chicken. brown rice. raw carrots and cauliflower. cubed, roasted butternut squash.
Dessert: pistachio frozen yogurt with rainbow sprinkles.
