Real Men Eat Tofu: Unhealthy Meals Inspired by Chrissy Dubuncio

Breakfast (who knows how this happened at 7:30am): 1-yolk, 3-white omelet with asparagus, mushrooms, stilton. Baby Haas Avocado. Two pieces dry multigrain toast. espresso.

Lunch: Tuna (chopped parsley, sun dried tomatoes, olive oil, champagne vinegar) sandwich on flax seed bread with dijon mustard. Cup skim Milk.

Snack: Salt and Pepper Kettle Chips.

Dinner: A mushroom burger from Jeffrey's. Onion Rings. Pickles.

Dessert: Coldstone Coffee ice cream with chocolate shavings.

how do you put asparagus in an omelet?

just chop it up and sautee it with the rest of the vegetables.
