breakfast: ug. 8 am class is not kind ... half a sesame bagel with cream cheese and coffee.
snack: kashi chocolate & peanut butter protein bar, water.
lunch: salad with edamame, tofu, & tomatoes. red lentil & coconut milk soup. raspberry scone. water.
dinner: 2 steamed dumplings, a pakora, and a potato and pea samosa. chocolate cake with creme fraiche. water.
