breakfast: yogurt with granola and honey, ham and queijo de minas (Brazilian farm cheese) on crusty roll with mango spread, fresh guava juice, banana, guava
mid-hike snack: chocolate chip-peanut butter Clif bar, water throughout
lunch: lettuce leaves, cucumbers, pasta with broccoli greens, pasta with tomato sauce, baked chicken wings, passion fruit mousse
mid-afternoon snack: two layer cake with strawberry jam and vanilla frosting, fresh strawberry juice, coffee with milk and raw sugar
dinner: lettuce leaves with shaved beets and carrots, rice-cheese-carrot-tomato casserole, rice-beef-cheese casserole, few scraps of crusty roll spread with some kind of oozy cheese, parts of an orange, mango, kiwi, more strawberry juice
