This has become one of my favorite breakfasts: Trader Joe's Raisin Bran (the raisins aren't coated in sugar) with sliced almonds and banana.
Yesterday
Breakfast: egg and cheese on a warm buttery croissant, coffee, water.
Lunch: Gorgonzola and mushroom pizza from Whole Foods. I have to say, the pizza at Whole Foods is pretty good.
Dinner: A couple of salmon rolls. Half a piece of carrot cake.
Where is everybody???
