You Feast on That Swine?!


Breakfast: oatmeal with brown sugar and raisins
Lunch: 2-hour monster lunch at Joey Shanghai. Scallion pancakes (Nene, you put me on!), pork soup-dumplings, crabmeat soup-dumplings, and pork and salted vegetable soup. Tea.
Dinner: 2 slices of pepperoni pizza and a few beers.

LOVE scallion pancakes--they are a Bourne-Goldfield family standard. Speaking of Chinese food, which is by far my favorite in terms of regional cuisines, let's go eat a hot pot at Grand Sichuan (Canal & Bowery)! The perfect winter meal.
